We can keep a full copy of all your data on our backup servers synchronized daily. Thus if a serious problem occurs on one of your servers, we can bring in a backup machine the next business day, ready to run with all the data of the night before the problem!

If you need to be able to go back in time and retrieve a previous version, we also offer an archival service for your backups. We can keep successive generations of your data: for example, a copy each weekday, and one each for the past 3 weeks, would be 8 generations of archives you can revert to, if you accidentally delete or corrupt an important file.

If you use a network backup solution like Retrospect to backup your staff workstations to files on the file server, you can transparently backup those backups remotely. In other words, all the information, like email and files on their C: drives, of each and every one of your workstations is safely stored against disaster - even a fire in your offices.
